The Local Board of Appeal and Equalization (LBAE) for the City of Woodland will be held at 7 p.m. on Monday, April 11, 2023, at Deephaven City Hall. 

If you believe the value or classification of your property is incorrect, contact the Woodland Assessor Dan Distel at 612-237-8094 to discuss your concerns. If you disagree with the valuation or classification after discussing it with the Assessor, you may appear before the LBAE on April 11. The Board will make corrections as needed. Generally, you must appeal to the LBAE before appealing to the Hennepin County Board of Appeal and Equalization.
